The ShopBuild Pro e-commerce store has an action based refund policy as follows:

Refunds are available after 90 days from purchasing a store, contingent upon you making the first payment for your Shopify store plan (after the $1 trial expires)

You must also have completed 100% of the course material, showing that there was an attempt made and effort put forth.

If you meet those 2 criteria, you are eligible for a refund.
